Upcoming Events
We bridge the gap between seniors and the services in their community.
We know how daunting it can be to navigate all the issues and services available to seniors. Not only do we offer resource kits to connect with communities across the county, but also help with the Vial of Life Program to further protect seniors’ health needs in emergencies.
We can provide assistance with:
Elder abuse awareness and prevention
Fraud awareness and prevention
Vehicle and driving safety
Home safety and security
Crime prevention
Internet safety and security
We strive to bridge the gap between seniors and a large selection of local, external services. Reach out to us if you’d like to get involved with any of our services.
“For a community to be whole and healthy, it must be based on people's love and concern for each other.”
